Although I had not transacted with Ben Wakely before, after meeting with him to discuss his marketing ideas I decided to proceed with his proposed advertising campaign and sale of my Paddington property.
This was after careful consideration over quite a period of time - assessing other agency proposals, the general market place and other agency’s performance. I knew the sale of my property would generate strong interest from the market but what I required was an agent I could trust, had my best interests in mind, and most importantly could recommend and deliver a selling strategy that would secure me the best result.
From the beginning of his appointment and even before this, right through to contract settlement, his level of service and overall ability as an agent was outstanding.
